bsport is hiring a VP of Engineering to lead the strategy, organisation, execution, technology, delivery, people, and business impact of its international engineering organisation across Barcelona and Paris. The role partners with the CTO, CPO, Product, Data and executive leadership to scale engineering foundations, improve delivery velocity and quality, strengthen architecture and reliability, develop engineering leaders, and connect technology investments to customer and business outcomes. Candidates should have significant experience leading large and growing engineering organisations, scaling engineering teams, hiring and developing engineering leaders, and working with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security and reliability in production environments.
