Feeld is seeking a seasoned, full-stack growth leader to join their remote team. The VP of Growth will be responsible for owning and evolving the growth engine across performance marketing, lifecycle, and CRM, focusing on building a sustainable, compounding growth system. This role involves defining and leading growth strategies, managing the performance marketing ecosystem, conducting rigorous experimentation, auditing and evolving channels, integrating lifecycle systems, developing a product-led growth approach, driving referral initiatives, establishing measurement frameworks, leading a high-performing growth team, and championing brand integrity.
