Description
Benchmark Health is hiring a full-time Head of Operations to run day-to-day company operations, financial discipline, scaling systems, vendor and legal/compliance matters, hiring, organizational design, KPIs, and operating cadence. The role reports to the CEO, partners with clinical, data, product, engineering, and outsourced finance teams, and supports growth across primary care, health-system, and payer partnerships. The position is based in Boston, with the ability to come to the office highly preferred.
