Description
Bynder is hiring a VP of Operations to lead a unified operations organization of approximately 20 people across Revenue Operations, Business Applications, and Customer Insights. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role will build an operating model, partner with commercial leadership on forecasting and growth execution, deliver Salesforce and CPQ transformations, govern data and metrics, embed AI and agentic tooling, and develop senior leadership talent. The position requires 12+ years of relevant experience, strong commercial and financial acumen, deep Salesforce experience, and is based in or requires relocation to Amsterdam, with offices also in Rotterdam.
