Description
The VP of Pharmacy Operations leads multi-site pharmacy operations, overseeing the Hebron, Kentucky facility and remote closed-door and mail-order sites in Ohio and Arizona. The role manages order fulfillment, dispensing accuracy, inventory, logistics, regulatory compliance, budgets, labor planning, carrier costs, KPIs, and continuous improvement while collaborating with pharmacists, quality assurance, manufacturer hubs, patient support services, and third-party logistics partners. Candidates need a pharmacy or operations/Supply Chain degree, at least seven years of relevant experience including three years in multi-site leadership, and expertise with WMS/ERP, fulfillment automation, and data analysis.
