Ro is hiring a VP of Pharmacy Operations to lead end-to-end fulfillment strategy and execution across a multi-site pharmacy network. The role owns operational performance, service levels, patient experience, regulatory compliance, financial outcomes, automation, network optimization, workforce planning, organizational development, and pharmacy licensing. It is primarily embedded onsite at the Romeoville, Illinois facility, with regular travel to pharmacy sites in Florida and California, and supports flexible work arrangements for employees in the United States. The position requires 12+ years of pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or supply chain experience, including multi-site leadership and large-scale mail-order or high-volume fulfillment experience. The target base salary is $237,200-$279,000, with equity and benefits.
