Description
Interface.ai is hiring a senior platform engineering leader to own the AI-native core platform across agent runtime, knowledge and retrieval, evaluation, integrations, computer-use infrastructure, data and fraud, and the agent-authoring platform. The role will build and scale the platform and infrastructure engineering organization, establish reliability and quality standards, and partner with the CTO on architecture while remaining hands-on with code. The position requires 10+ years of engineering experience, 4–6 years in leadership at high-growth startups, production-scale AI or agentic systems experience, and a BS/BA in computer science.
