Ellie Mental Health is hiring a Vice President of Practice Management to partner with owners and clinic directors and lead practice operations, strategic initiatives, financial performance, compliance, quality improvement, and patient experience across multi-state behavioral health clinics. The role reports to the CEO, leads direct reports, and works with the COO and business consultants. Candidates need a behavioral health master’s degree, current or prior unrestricted clinical licensure, and at least ten years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience. The expected annual salary is $175,000–$225,000, with possible incentive compensation and equity participation.
