Description
Nitra is hiring a VP of Product to own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of its AI-native healthcare platform across finance, procurement, patient management, AI HR, and marketplace verticals. The role leads product managers, partners with engineering and design teams, drives customer discovery, owns key metrics, and translates AI capabilities into clinically relevant products. Candidates must have scaled a healthcare product from scratch at a VC-backed health technology company, deep health-tech knowledge, experience at a high-growth pre-Series C company, and a record of managing and developing product teams. The position follows a hybrid work policy and offers a base salary of $225,000–$350,000 plus equity and benefits.
