Description
Nitra is hiring a VP of Product to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI-native healthcare platform across finance, procurement, patient management, AI HR, and marketplace verticals. The role leads product managers, partners with engineering and design teams, drives customer discovery, owns key metrics, sets product delivery standards, and translates AI capabilities into clinically relevant features. Candidates must have scaled a product from scratch at a VC-backed health technology company, deep health-tech knowledge, experience at a high-growth pre-Series C company, and a record of managing and developing product teams. The position is full-time, hybrid, and offers a base salary of $225,000–$350,000 plus equity and benefits.
