Interface.ai is hiring a senior engineering leader to own the product-engineering organization responsible for member-facing agents, the Nexus product surfaces, and the BankGPT consumer experience. The role combines engineering leadership, architecture and code-review participation, recruiting, and the development of an AI-native engineering culture using tools such as Claude Code and Cursor. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of engineering experience, 4–6 years in leadership at high-growth startups, experience scaling a team through a funding transition, and a background in fintech, consumer finance, or a neobank; a BS/BA in computer science is required.
