Description

ScaleOps is hiring a hands-on VP of Operations to own daily office and workplace management, business systems, employee experience, process playbooks, cross-office consistency, and special projects as the company scales. The role manages facilities, vendors, tools, onboarding, events, procurement, and operational standards across Tel Aviv, Boston, and other offices, while partnering with functional leaders. Candidates need at least five years of relevant operations experience, including leading a team and scaling a company from roughly 100 to 500+ employees.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years in workplace operations, office management, people operations, or general operations, including leading a team
Personal experience running office management, business systems, or employee experience at a company that scaled from roughly 100 to 500+ employees
Hands-on experience selecting and administering business and workplace tools and managing IT and vendor relationships
Track record designing scalable onboarding, internal events, and employee-experience programs
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing multiple offices or geographies, ideally including Israel or another international location
Experience opening or building a new office location outside Israel from scratch
Background partnering closely with People/HR and IT/Security teams
