Description

Monks is hiring a Creative & Strategic Leadership Lead to direct its 35-person Performance Creative team and serve as an executive sponsor for major performance-driven client accounts. The role owns creative strategy, client relationships, full-funnel creative leadership, AI and automation adoption, creative operations, P&L, revenue, client retention, productization, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. It requires 8+ years of creative leadership experience, including 4+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams, and offers a salary range of $210,000–$235,000 USD with medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of creative leadership in performance, digital, or growth marketing settings
