Description
The VP of Planning leads the Planning Department for the US Wholesale business unit, overseeing retail and inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, sales analysis, and reporting. The role partners with merchandising, product development, and sales teams; manages planning activities for the Walmart account; develops KPIs and executive insights; ensures ERP data integrity; and leads a high-performing team. It requires extensive retail apparel and Walmart account planning experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and at least 10 years of retail planning or inventory management experience, including five years in senior leadership.
