Description
Ecolab is hiring a VP Quality, Global Life Sciences to own the enterprise quality vision, strategy, and operating model across its Life Sciences business globally. The role leads the global quality management system, site quality operations, quality control laboratories, regulatory compliance, design controls, CAPA, audits, and quality risk management, while building and developing multi-site quality organizations. It requires a technical bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of progressive quality or compliance leadership experience in Life Sciences, and at least 10 years of people leadership experience in regulated manufacturing. The base salary is $249,500 to $374,300, with annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.
