The role covers borrower relationships, loan assessment and structuring, pipeline management, approvals, portfolio servicing, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and team development. It requires 10+ years of commercial real estate lending experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. The position is based on-site in Encino, California, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays work-from-home, and offers a $210,000–$225,000 annual salary plus a 25% bonus.
