Description
The Divisional Vice President of Field Operations will lead and grow a wireless retail business across four regional territories within Walmart Supercenter locations. The role oversees Regional Directors, partners with Walmart and internal operations teams, improves sales quality and transactional retention, manages compliance and financial risks, and develops field leaders. Candidates should have extensive wireless, telecommunications, or retail operations leadership experience, experience leading large multi-state markets, strong analytics and stakeholder-management skills, and a willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
