Banesco USA is hiring an SBA Business Development Officer for its SBA Sales business unit. The role sources and originates SBA 7(a) and USDA Business & Industry loans, builds referral networks, performs preliminary credit analysis, structures complex real estate, equipment, debt, and buyout deals, manages loans through commitment letters, and represents the brand at industry events. Candidates need 3–5 years of SBA/USDA loan origination experience, knowledge of SBA and USDA program guidelines, financial analysis ability, and a proven production record; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
