Description
The Senior Java Engineer (VP) will lead the design, delivery, and operation of scalable, cloud-native, event-driven backend platforms for investment banking and CRM/analytics initiatives. The role owns Java and Spring Boot microservices, Kafka-based data pipelines, APIs, data architecture, observability, and end-to-end engineering delivery, while mentoring engineers and partnering with business and technology stakeholders. It requires 12+ years of enterprise backend experience and strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data technologies.
