Description
Nextlane is hiring an Engineering Director to lead the engineering organisation responsible for its cloud product portfolio, AI products, and agentic development. The role owns engineering strategy, delivery, scalability, reliability, operational excellence, and the development of Engineering Managers and other technical leaders across multiple product domains. It requires experience leading an engineering organisation of around 30 to 50 or more people, shipping AI features to paying customers, transforming engineering operations through agentic development, and building cloud-native B2B SaaS at scale. The role offers remote work up to three days per week and private medical insurance.
