Description
Emergence Automotive is hiring a VP, Strategic Finance to lead operating finance across its automotive software portfolio. The role reports to operating partners and the Head of Strategic Finance, partners with portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams, and owns forecasting, performance management, KPI reporting, operating models, capital allocation, and M&A activities including acquisition modeling, diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-close value creation. The position is remote for the United States and Canada, offers $200,000 to $375,000 depending on experience, and seeks 3 to 10+ years of relevant commercial finance experience with strong financial modeling, writing, communication, and judgment.
