Description
Firebird is hiring a newly created Synchronization Licensing Manager to build its licensing offering from the ground up. The role pitches and secures sync placements for frontline and catalog repertoire, leads licensing negotiations, coordinates legal and finance execution, establishes a sync database, manages rights and invoice processes, and cultivates new business relationships. It also includes product launch and release coordination, cross-functional communication, and documentation of product operations. The position requires at least 10 years of professional synchronization licensing experience, an extensive sync-network, strong negotiation and communication skills, and advanced proficiency with music rights databases and digital rights management systems.
