RWS Global is hiring a full-time, mobile Vice President, Talent Casting and Recruitment in Orlando to lead the global talent casting and recruitment strategy, workforce planning, operations, leadership development, budgeting, analytics, industry relationships, and recruitment marketing. The role reports to the EVP, Talent and Creative Casting, requires at least 10 years of progressive entertainment recruitment experience with senior leadership experience, and includes domestic and international travel.
