Marqeta is hiring a VP, Total Rewards to lead its global compensation and benefits strategy, design and administer competitive programs, conduct market benchmarking, ensure regulatory and EEO/AA compliance, advise the executive leadership team and Compensation Committee, and develop a high-performing team. The role is flexible-first and can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States or from the Oakland office, with a base salary of $282,400–$372,500 depending on location tier.
