Description
IPSY is hiring a VP, TPM to lead the centralized technology program management function and strategic technology portfolio across a high-volume e-commerce and subscription-commerce organization. Reporting to the CTO, the role combines program and portfolio leadership, PMO governance, Agile enablement, digital operational excellence, resource and capacity planning, financial performance management, risk governance, and people leadership. The position is hybrid and can be fully remote from any U.S. state where IPSY is authorized to hire, with a stated salary range of $225,000–$275,000 USD.
