Description
Infillion is hiring a permanent VP, Transformation to build and lead its internal operational design capability. The role owns redesigning processes, evaluating and deploying automation and AI, managing technology and vendor portfolios, advising on organizational design, benchmarking efficiency, and closing recommendations through Finance-attested outcomes. It reports to the Chief Operating Officer and requires financial fluency, analytical rigor, process and systems thinking, technical judgment, influence without authority, execution discipline, and cross-border operating experience.
