Description
Tonix Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Translational Lead to provide scientific leadership across drug discovery, translational research, and nonclinical development for its biotechnology portfolio. The role oversees programs from target validation through IND-enabling studies, clinical development, and life-cycle management; leads biomarker and regulatory strategies; manages GLP and non-GLP toxicology and bioassay activities; serves as the nonclinical executive sponsor; and coordinates CROs, internal teams, and global health authorities. The position requires a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline, at least 15 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D experience, and 5+ years in a leadership or executive role. The salary range is $285,000–$380,000 USD, and Tonix does not offer visa sponsorship.
