Description
Banc of California is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter to independently evaluate, structure, analyze, and underwrite construction, bridge, permanent, and other real estate financing requests. The role includes credit analysis, financial modeling, risk assessment, CAR report preparation, loan-document review, covenant recommendations, regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior underwriters. Candidates need 6–8 years of relevant underwriting experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, nCino proficiency, strong financial and communication skills, and knowledge of applicable banking and lending regulations.
