Description
Iterative Health is hiring a VP, US Site Management & Operations to lead the performance, growth, and operational excellence of its GI and Hepatology clinical research site network across the United States. The role owns the performance and P&L of 50+ sites, sets strategy and operating models, manages staffing and site operations, drives enrollment and study execution, supports M&A integrations, and leads Regional Directors and other site-level staff. The position requires 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical research, healthcare services, or a related field, a bachelor’s degree, and experience scaling multi-site operations; it offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration two days per week in New York City, Boston, or Southlake.
