Smartsheet is hiring a VP of User Experience and Design Innovation to lead a multi-disciplinary organization spanning product design, user experience research, design systems, content, localization, and AI-driven software delivery. The role owns user-centered strategy, AI adoption, design quality and accessibility standards, organizational development, cross-functional influence, and metrics tied to user and business outcomes. It reports to the Chief Product and Technology Officer, may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States where Smartsheet is registered, and offers a base salary of $291,250 to $338,750 USD plus an incentive opportunity.
