Description
The Value Package Introduction (VPI) Program Manager supports program leaders in managing small- to medium-impact VPI programs from inception through completion. Responsibilities include defining customer expectations and business outcomes, determining scope, schedule, and resources, coordinating cross-functional and external stakeholders, tracking performance, managing risks and issues, handling contract changes, and coaching peer program managers. The role requires a college, university, or equivalent degree, 3–5 years of relevant New Product Development experience, and preferred experience with the VPI process, project management, new product development, and high-horsepower diesel engines or diesel generator sets.
