Description
The VPP Jr. Field Project Engineer serves as a technical field account representative and device troubleshooting expert for the Sonnen family of products. Primarily based in Houston, the role travels throughout Texas and, to a lesser extent, the Eastern United States, with up to 75% of daily time spent in the field. Responsibilities include partner visits, technical training, system design and installation support, troubleshooting hardware and software errors, resolving technical cases, project and partner management, documentation, and customer support. The position requires at least two years of technical product experience in solar, batteries, electronics, or technology, plus two years of residential or commercial construction experience with project management and partner support, along with hands-on power electronics or electrical installation experience.
