Description
The VPP Jr. Field Project Engineer serves as a technical field account representative and device troubleshooting expert for the sonnen product family. The role is primarily field-based in Texas, with travel throughout Texas and light duties in the Eastern United States, and requires up to 75% of daily time in the field. Responsibilities include technical training, system design and installation support, troubleshooting hardware and software errors, resolving technical cases, partner and project management, documentation, and customer support. The position requires at least two years of technical product experience in solar, batteries, electronics, or technology, two years of residential or commercial construction experience, hands-on power electronics or electrical installation experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
