Description
The VRV/VRF Technical Field Supervisor provides technical support and direction for the HVAC service field, Account Managers, and owner-direct customers. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on VRV/VRF field technician work, including repairing, retrofitting, replacing systems, troubleshooting, quality assurance, training, process development, customer service, and project coordination. It requires at least five years of advanced commercial HVAC service experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and regular local travel with occasional overnight travel.
