BCG is hiring a Senior Analyst for its ValueScience Center within the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area. The role focuses on applied corporate finance and valuation, including shareholder return analysis, corporate valuation, financial benchmarking, financial modeling, and analysis of capital markets impacts for strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and financial policies. The analyst will partner with BCG teams, managers, and project leaders to deliver analysis, insights, and client presentations, with a primarily virtual collaboration model and clients and teams based primarily in North America. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, high academic achievement, 1–2+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Excel proficiency. The San Francisco base salary range is $107,500–$120,000, with a bonus of up to 16% and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
