Description
The role is a core production improvement position for the MXM1 production department, bridging production with equipment and process teams. It focuses on eliminating repeated equipment failures, designing structural and tooling improvements, standardizing improvement solutions, coordinating cross-functional implementation, supporting BPS maturity, and driving cost-reduction and efficiency projects. The position requires at least five years of manufacturing equipment improvement experience, CAD skills, knowledge of Bosch BPS and CIP, and strong cross-departmental collaboration.
