Connected Logistics is seeking a VTC Administrator to provide 24/7 monitoring and administrative support for AV/VTC systems and collaboration-edge infrastructure. The role handles Tier 1 SBC/CUBE and SIP incident triage, monitors VTC sessions and collaboration dashboards, supports E911 provisioning and failover testing, maintains documentation, coordinates IPTV and digital signage workflows, and performs authorized administrative tasks without making configuration changes. The position requires three years of progressive IT experience in video teleconferencing or collaboration operations, an Information Assurance and Computing Environment certification, and an IT-I Critical Sensitive or Tier 5 clearance. The anticipated salary is $85,000 to $92,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and other benefits.
