Digital Consultants is hiring a Video Teleconference (VTC) Administrator to lead and manage VTC operations for US Army North at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. The role serves as a VTC Subject Matter Expert, planning and coordinating conferences, providing user training, operating and troubleshooting VTC systems, maintaining records and supplies, supporting audio-visual events, and responding to surge requirements. The position requires at least five years of VTC support experience, knowledge of VTC bridges and networks, problem-solving and customer-service skills, an active Secret clearance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level I certification.
