Claroty is hiring a Vulnerability Research Team Lead to manage and develop a team of vulnerability researchers focused on complex cyber-physical systems. The role combines hands-on technical leadership in reverse engineering, static and dynamic analysis, exploit development, and program analysis with people management, research-roadmap planning, cross-functional collaboration, and industry thought leadership. Candidates need at least two years of technical leadership experience, extensive reverse-engineering expertise, vulnerability-research and exploit-development experience, AI and LLM integration skills, C/C++ and Python proficiency, and deep knowledge of operating-system internals and low-level architectures.
