Description
Headlight is hiring a W-2 clinician to establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, provide regular counseling, assess progress, involve families when appropriate, and plan outreach and referrals. The role requires at least 12 months of clinical experience after full licensure, a master’s-level degree or higher, and a full unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license.
