Description
Headlight is hiring a W-2 therapist to establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, create individualized treatment plans, provide counseling, assess progress, involve families when appropriate, and plan outreach and referrals. The role requires at least 12 months of clinical experience after full licensure, a master’s-level degree or higher, and a full unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a base salary of $100,000 plus a monthly billed-hour bonus, CEU support, retirement contributions, leave, and work-from-home or hybrid options.
