The role advises clients, plans and monitors program execution, manages multiple teams and subconsultants, controls costs and financial performance, mitigates risks, and supports client relationships and business development. It requires a bachelor's degree, relevant professional engineering or project-management credentials, at least six years of program management experience, and experience leading large transportation or infrastructure programs.
