Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Wafer Manufacturing Section Manager to lead high-volume semiconductor frontend production. The role manages daily wafer fabrication operations, production teams, KPIs, shift execution, and fab capacity; collaborates with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Yield teams on process control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement; and supports process qualification and technology transfer. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, at least six years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience, and at least two years of team leadership experience.
