Description
Renesas is hiring multiple upstream process engineers to develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes for 150mm to 300mm production lines, including dry etching and lithography. The role covers process development, new-device ramp-up, productivity and yield improvement, equipment introduction and evaluation, line troubleshooting, and collaboration with device design, manufacturing, and quality teams. Applicants should have an engineering, chemistry, physics, or related degree, basic semiconductor engineering knowledge, practical experience in upstream process technologies, and the ability to work in Japanese.
