Renesas is hiring multiple upstream semiconductor process engineers to develop and optimize dry-etch and lithography processes for 150mm to 300mm semiconductor manufacturing. The role covers process development, new-device ramp-up, productivity and yield improvement, equipment installation and evaluation, line troubleshooting, and collaboration with device design, manufacturing, and quality teams. Applicants should have an engineering, chemistry, physics, or related degree, basic semiconductor engineering knowledge, practical experience in dry etching or lithography, and the ability to work in Japanese.
