Description
The Server provides in-person dining service in a Life Plan Community, greeting residents and staff, taking food orders, serving meals and beverages, setting tables, answering menu questions, clearing dishes, assisting with dishwashing and cleaning, and maintaining service standards. The role requires standing and walking most of the workday, frequent bending and stretching, and lifting up to 60 pounds. It offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and scholarship benefits and pays $16.44 per hour on a rotating schedule.
