Description
The Restaurant Waiter provides efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests, including welcoming guests, setting up dining areas, taking and entering orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments and complaints, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and coordinating with kitchen and other F&B teams. The role requires good food and beverage service knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, flexibility for shifts and weekends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; hotel or restaurant waiter experience and hospitality or F&B training are preferred.
