The Lana, a Dorchester Collection hotel in Dubai, is hiring a full-time permanent Waiter/Waitress for its Food & Beverage restaurant. The role is responsible for greeting guests, presenting and recommending menu items, setting up and closing the outlet, maintaining service standards, supporting team members, meeting revenue targets, and coordinating with other departments.
