Description
The Food and Beverage Hostess supports the Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager by greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking and processing orders, handling payments, maintaining outlet cleanliness and mise-en-place, and resolving guest complaints. The role also contributes to revenue and expense targets, participates in training and departmental briefings, follows health, safety, hygiene, and environmental protocols, and may assist in other hotel areas. Required qualifications include a college degree, at least one year of waitressing or food and beverage service experience, POS proficiency, knowledge of food and beverage service standards, English fluency, and familiarity with food-service health and safety regulations.
