Description
The Warehouse Admin will plan and coordinate transport within the Netherlands and EU, schedule shipments, arrange inland transportation, select and evaluate carriers, execute truck and express shipments, monitor lead times and quality, and support warehouse and customs operations. The role requires vocational education in freight forwarding, 3–5 years of operational experience, knowledge of warehousing, planning, customs, and industry regulations, IT proficiency, fluency in Dutch and English, a VGB certificate, an Air Cargo Employee certificate, shift availability, and a driver’s license.
